Qualified student athletes are marketed directly to the 18,000 Division I, II, III, NAIA and Junior College coaches in 50 States looking to complete team rosters and fill scholarships. We also help students and their families understand what questions to ask the coach, NCAA rules, clearinghouse regulations, complete financial aid forms and how to negotiate scholarship packages. CPOA offers a variety of marketing programs and pricing options between $400 - $1995 to fit each family's particular need and budget.
THE CPOA MARKETING AND CONSULTING PROGRAM
CPOA's formula is simple but successful -- we first offer exposure to the student-athlete, then offer guidance though the recruiting and financial aid process, which with CPOA's experience, will result in an admission, playing and/or scholarship opportunity at the collegiate level. Our goal is to ensure that these opportunities match the Student-Athlete's educational, personal and extra-cirricular needs.
A Student-Athlete's information is mailed to as many schools as they are qualified to attend academically and athletically. Updates are mailed after each season, an online update is created, as well as videotapes and other marketing tools. Each college will determine if the student fits the academic as well as athletic profile targeted by the school and the individual College Coach. Once interested, multiple schools will begin to recruit the qualified Student-Athlete.
CPOA then helps the student-athlete understand what qualities they want in a school, and will help the student to create a list of additional schools of interest. The local CPOA Rep will contact each school to determine the coach's need and the student's potential fit -- if there's a match, the student contacts the coach to begin the recruiting process. CPOA also helps the student and families understand what questions to ask the coaches, to leverage scholarship opportunities, and to navigate the financial aid process.
By marketing to as many schools as possible, CPOA creates choices for the student-athlete -- choice of educational experience and scholarship opportunities. The more choices, the more leverage, the more opportunity to find the right college, right educational and athletic experience, at the right price.
